I started immediately with taking strong probiotics every day and cutting down on sugar. After a week, I noticed the symptoms lessening. However, on the 8th day it flared up terribly and I was incredibly uncomfortable. I spoke to Jesse and she told me about inserting a clove of garlic. I was amusingly shocked, but tried it, and let me tell you, it worked! The itching and burning ceased after a few minutes, and the next day I am symptom free!Diananoreply@blogger.com
